We are pleased to announce that CO2CRC Ltd has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Carbon Management Canada to advance carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology.
This strategic transpacific partnership aims to utilise and harness support for critical national infrastructure, pursue joint funding opportunities and share crucial research insights into storing carbon dioxide underground.
With CCUS recognised by the IPCC and IEA as essential for achieving net zero, our collaboration underscores the vital role of international research, development, and demonstration (RD&D) in delivering scalable, globally relevant solutions.
Together, we can utilise our unique research infrastructure at the CMC’s Newell County Facility in Alberta, Canada, and CO2CRC’s Otway International Test Centre in Victoria, Australia. Jointly, we can substantially advance innovative solutions for decarbonising industrial emissions.
